7. Xin ông/bà vui lòng đợi một chút

8. Xin lỗi đã để (ông/bà) đợi lâu
おまたせ しました。
(Omatase shimashita)
9. Xin mời ông/bà dùng bữa (dùng cho cả thức ăn hay thức uống )
どうぞ おめしあがり ください。
(Douzo,omeshiagari kudasai)
10. Quý khách có muốn dùng thêm đồ uống không ạ ?
おのみものは いかがですか。
(Onomimono wa ikaga desuka)
11. Ông/ bà có dùng thêm món ăn nữa không ạ ?
おたべものは いかがですか。
(Otabemono wa ikaga desu ka)
12. Khi đưa phiếu thanh toán thì nói: おねがいします。
(onegaishimasu) xin làm ơn( thanh toán)
Khi nhận tiền nói cảm ơn và kiểm tra tiền trước mặt khách:
ありがとうございます。
(arigatogozaimasu) xin cảm ơn
– Trường hợp tiền thừa:
+ おつりが ありますから しょうしょうおまちください。
(otsuri ga arimasukara shosho omachikudasai)
bởi vì có tiền thừa nên Xin vui lòng chờ một chút.
+ Khi trả tiền thừa: おつりでございます。 (otsuri de gozaimasu) xin gửi lại tiền thừa
– Nếu đủ: ちょうどです。 (choudo desu) đủ rồi ạ
– Nếu thiếu (nên hạ giọng nhỏ hơn) すみません、まだ たりません。
(sumimasen, mada tarimasen) xin lỗi, vẫn chưa đủ ạ
13. Mời quý khách lần sau lại ghé

5. Vâng, tất cả đủ rồi. Cảm ơn anh/cô/cậu….(xác nhận lại thực đơn với khách, nếu chính xác rồi thì khách sẽ nói )

(Hai, subete ii desu. Arigatou)
6. Làm ơn tính tiền giúp tôi
お会計をお願いします。
(O kaikei wo onegai shimasu.)
